Skapland AB is looking for park workers with experience in maintenance and care for the 2026 season. You will work outdoors at our customers' locations in one of our areas: Lund, Löddeköpinge, Helsingborg, or Eslöv.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a park worker with us, you will have both the freedom and responsibility to plan your workday and take significant responsibility for ensuring that tasks are performed with high quality. You will work with the maintenance and care of outdoor environments for our customers according to applicable agreements.

Your daily tasks include, among other things:

• Maintenance of green areas such as weeding and pruning
• Cleaning
• Planting and simpler landscaping work

You will work both independently and in a team, ensuring that the work is completed within given timelines.

The position is a full-time seasonal employment starting in March/April.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a team player with the ability to take significant personal responsibility. You are positive, driven, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather. You are not afraid of physical work and have a professional attitude towards your work.

Desirable:

• Relevant gardening education
• Professional certification in plant knowledge and pruning
• Training for handling chainsaws and/or brush cutters

We place great importance on personal engagement, teamwork, and the willingness to contribute to a good work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in similar tasks
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Start date: March/April, by agreement

Scope: full-time, 100%, Working hours weekdays 7 AM - 4 PM

Employment type: Seasonal employment

Salary according to agreement. Collective agreement exists.
